Lack of Parker interest gave Harry a clear run
At various stages of the summer, Harry Redknapp played down any interest in Scott Parker declaring that the club may not be prepared to pay a significant sum for a player who would leave them with little or no resale value.
That smokescreen may or may not have put off other potential suitors for Scott's signature but Harry has revealed today that there was very little competition to land the West Ham man on the last day of the transfer window.
