Villas-Boas will review ‘small details’
Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has refused to let the increasing pressure on his team get to his head, insisting that there is reason to stay optimistic despite a heart-breaking 2-1 defeat against Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Champions League.
The Blues took the lead at BayArena through a fine Didier Drogba strike at the beginning of the second half but failed to hold on to it as substitute Erin Derdiyok punished them with a header before Manuel Friedrich delivered a last-minute knock-out punch.
