Real Madrid stay top after five-goal thriller in Valencia
Real Madrid remain three points clear at the top of La Liga after an impressive 3-2 win over Valencia at Mestalla.
Karim Benzema's brilliant strike gave the league leaders the advantage at half-time and when Sergio Ramos made it 2-0 most fans thought the match was over. But Valencia never rolled over and two goals from Roberto Soldado made sure that Madrid had to fight until the final whistle to wrap up all three points.
