WSCA lauds boys coaches of the year
Mark Newman, who led Mount Horeb to its first WIAA Division 2 boys soccer state championship, was named the Large Schools Coach of the Year by the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association.
Milwaukee Marquette's Steve Lawrence, whose team won its second consecutive Division 1 title and is among the top-ranked teams in the country, was chosen the Private/Parochial Coach of the Year.
