2011 Campaign Concluded
The U.S. Men's National Team has completed the 2011 campaign, finishing on a high note with an
entertaining 3-2 victory against Slovenia in Ljubljana. Along with the introduction of Jurgen
Klinsmann as head coach, there were a few key highlights:
- Clint Dempsey finished with a team-high five goals
- Carlos Bocanegra and Tim Howard finished with team-high 15 starts, the most appearances in a year in each of their careers
- Bocanegra became the 12th player in U.
