A roundup of Central American action -- 2011-11-13

It's been a very long time since I've done this, so here is a long-overdue look at action around the Central American leagues. Despite the international calendar, several leagues were in action over the weekend. BELIZE I have not been able to find anything on the Belizean leagues; it's not clear if the teams in the Belizean Premier Football League have agreed on a tournament format.
