Bowing Down To Dortmund

This looks a bit like the type of thing you'd see on the brown side of Hamburg, or perhaps an unveiling from the artistic playgrounds of Berlin, but it's came to us via Dortmund. And there's little to say it's brilliant.

Now all they need to do is combine the skull and crown and they'll take over the world.
