After a period in the international wilderness, a consequence of indifferent form and bench duty at Liverpool, Ryan Babel is back in the Dutch national team, and he's determined to make it count.

In the latter stages of his Liverpool career, Babel spent a lot of time on the bench, and consequently lost his place in the Dutch team.
