Lisle Austin still banned from CONCACAF
Former CONCACAF interim president Lisle Austin has seen his one-year ban by FIFA upheld on appeal. Austin was banned by FIFA for petitioning an outside court to reinstate him after CONCACAF's Executive Committee removed him from his post for dismissing then CONCACAF General Secretary Chuck Blazer. Austin has one more option through the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland, but it's highly likely that he will remain suspended until June.
