NCAA women's draw pits Long Beach against Pepperdine in first round
*Today's 64-team NCAA Tournament draw has immediately thrown up a Southern California coastal clash: Long Beach State against Pepperdine at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Malibu.
Long Beach qualified for the tournament for the third time in four years after beating 24th-ranked UC Irvine Sunday and winning the Big West.
