It's the second Scandal to hit Iranian football inside a week, a referee officiating a third tier match hand's out a second yellow card to Chooka Talesh striker for dissent only to see the card ripped out of his hand before getting a savage beating from player's coaches an fans alike. Disgraceful stuff!
