Kempin Called Up to U-23 Camp
Sporting KC home grown goalkeeper, Jon Kempin will be leaving the team shortly after the Eastern Conference final for a trip to Germany. Kempin has been called up to the US U-23 team for a camp that will take place in Germany from the 7th through the 16th. US coach Caleb Porter's roster includes 2 other keepers from MLS, David Bingham of San Jose and Sean Johnson from Chicago, and Cody Cropper of Ipswich Town.
