LFC LEGEND: "Liverpool are not good enough to finish in the top 4..."

Former Liverpool player Mark Lawrenson has often been reviled by fans for his outspoken views on the club, and when asked about Liverpool's top 4 chances a few days ago, the European Cup winning defender was in typically blunt form.

Speaking on Today FM (Ireland), Lawrenson was fairly pessimistic about Liverpool's chances of finishing in the Premier League's top 4 positions:

"I don't think they're quite good enough to finish in the top 4.
