Former UVa Assistant Richie Williams Named Head Coach of U-18 Men's National Team

Former D.C. United player and University of Virginia player and assistant Richie Williams has been named by U.S. Soccer as the new Head Coach of the U-18 men's national team.

While at UVa Williams played underneath former U.S. Men's coach Bruce Arenas. Williams went on to play for both the Richmond Kickers (1994, 1994-1995, 2004-2005) and D.
