Vidic International Retirement Confirmed

After hinting strongly that he would be retiring from International football after Serbia's failure to qualify for Euro 2012, Nemanja Vidic has today confirmed he will not play for his country again.

"After a great deal of thought and with a heavy heart, I have decided the time is right for me to retire from international football," Vidic told the official site.
