Thuram, Politics and Race

A couple of months ago, I posted on Lilian Thuram's politically brave stance on race and immigration, particularly with the French presidential election approaching. This weekend, Reuters reported that Thuram has again entered the debate, speaking out once more about the anti-immigrant stance of presidential candidate Nicholas Sarkozy. Sarkozy's rhetoric isn't quasi-racist, it is racist.
