We put it to you that Anastassios Kakos is in fact the evil twin brother of our beloved Howard Webb (everybody knows the evil twin always grows a convenient 'Ming the Merciless' goatee so as to avoid confusion) and has vowed to wreak his terrible vengeance on the world one naff striker at a time after being kicked out of the Magic Circle for several 'rabbit-related misdemeanours'.
