After Stoke's Cameron Jerome had been ejected for the heinous crime of being caught in possession of Class A elbows, the second red card of the night was a little more cut-and-dry, with Maccabi's Yoav Ziv (the very same little scheister that feigned injury to get Jerome dismissed) getting himself sent-off for hoofing his own boot at the linesman.
