Wenger hails Sunderland commitment

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has admitted that even in a 2-1 defeat, the visiting Sunderland gave his side such a difficult time that their commitment deserves to be lauded.

The Gunners opened the scoring early through skipper Robin van Persie but Sebastian Larsson struck back later in the first half.
