Gunners prepare for massive return

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that vice-captain Thomas Vermaelen has returned to training and is set to make his return in a fortnight.

Vermaelen was last seen during the Gunners' 2-1 UEFA Champions League win over Udinese in August but following an Achilles injury that required surgery, he has been watching from the sidelines as the team's defense continues to struggle.
