Manchester City Rival Liverpool For Bologna Midfielder

According to reports Manchester City are interested in Uruguayan winger Gaston Ramirez.
Ramirez has stated publicly he is happy at his current club, Bologna, although he did talk about moving to a ‘bigger level' in the summer.
City are believed to have pursued the midfielder with a €10 million offer but the player remained in Italy.
