Steve McClaren will be back after his disappointment at Nottingham Forest. The Forest chairman, Nigel Doughty, took a cheap shot by saying he made a mistake in appointing McClaren. I'll tell you what Doughty's mistake was: appointing a manager and then not allowing him to manage the football club!
