While it's yet to be rubber-stamped, there's a good possibility that the fastest goal ever scored cropped up in the third-tier of Russian football earlier this month, when veteran Mitos midfielder Michail Osinov stepped up and cracked one home from kick-off against Olympia Gelendzhik on September 11th.
