Souness rails on Tevez as City dish out 2 week suspension

After yesterday's calamity involving Carlos Tevez's refusal to come on as substitute for Manchester City in their Champions League match against Bayern Munich, Manchester City today summarily laid down a 2-week suspension on the Argentinian striker whilst the club conducted it's own internal investigation.
