Wednesday Night MLS: KC Goes Top
Kansas City 2 - Columbus 1 In a battle of Eastern Conference contenders, Sporting Kansas City got the better of struggling Columbus at LIVESTRONG Park. Kei Kamara put Sporting in front from the penalty spot in the 15th minute, with Columbus equalizing when Emilio Renteria scored in the 34th. Unfortunately for Columbus, a 74th minute own goal would send all three points Sporting's way.
