Thiermann, Caban team up for winner
Certainly, John Trask was thrilled to see freshman David Caban (Kenosha Tremper) score his first collegiate goal in the 87th minute Sunday afternoon.
But the University of Wisconsin men's soccer coach was just as fired up about the pass from senior striker Josh Thiermann (Stoughton) that led to Caban's goal, which lifted the Badgers over Loyola Marymount 2-1 in a non-conference match at the McClimon Complex.
