Herschberger strike stuns Mines

Marc Herschberger scored 3:44 into the first overtime as Metro State upset No. 11 Colorado Mines 2-1 on Sunday at home.

It was the second win over a top-25 team in the past week for the Roadrunners, who improved to 6-2-1 overall and 4-1-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. CSM fell to 6-2-0 and 4-1-0.
