Former Arsenal and Celtic star Charlie Nicholas believes that striker Andy Carroll still has a lot of work to do before he's in a position to start making a difference for Liverpool. Nicholas' comments are in stark contrast to the glowing praised heaped on Carroll by Kenny Dalglish after the match.
