Sesselmann starts again for Canada

Atlanta Beat defender Lauren Sesselmann (Green Bay Notre Dame) started at left back as the Canadian women's national team lost to the U.S. 3-0 in a friendly watched by a crowd of 18,570 on Thursday night at Jeld-Wen Field in Portland, Ore.

Sesselmann, 28, played 75 minutes in her second career cap, having made her international debut in Saturday's 1-1 draw with the Americans in Kansas City.
