Owen Hargreaves For England?
Manchester City midfielder Owen Hargreaves has been tipped to reclaim a spot in the England side after a superb debut showing during the Carling Cup. Hargreaves netted his first goal for his new club as Manchester City ran out 2-0 winners over holders Birmingham City in their Third Round Carling Cup tie at Eastlands.
