Torres has foot surgery, out for rest of Pachuca's Apertura campaign

Jose Francisco Torres was making plenty of headway for the U.S. national team, getting repeated chances to start under new coach Jurgen Klinsmann.
All of that progress has hit a bit of an obstacle, though, with the word that the midfielder will miss the remainder of Pachuca's Apertura season after suffering an injury to his fifth metatarsal, according to Pachuca's official Twitter feed.
