Former Richmond Kicker and Winchester, VA native aiming for final NASL Playoff spot

John Gilkerson is looking to help his team the NSC Minnesota Stars grab the final playoff spot in the North American Soccer League (NASL) as the regualar season wraps up.

Gilkerson is a former Richmond Kicker and a native of Winchester, VA. who began his professional career in 2008, when the New York Red Bulls selected him in the Major League Soccer Supplemental Draft.
