Ryan Babel slams Liverpool: Sour grapes, or does he have a point?

Former Liverpool winger Ryan Babel has criticised the effectiveness of the club's training methods, arguing that game-preparation in the Bundesliga is superior, which he believes had led to him being fitter than he ever was at Anfield.

In an interview with De Telegraaf, Babel observed:

"I think I've had really benefited from the move to the Bundesliga.
