Nepal lose out to Syria in opening match of AFC U16 Championship qualifiers
Kathmandu, Nepal
The young Nepalese boys took the field against Syrian team but lost the match 2-0. Nepal entered
the match with confidence as home supporters were behind them. But unfortunately Nepal went down
early in the 2nd minute of the match. Ahmad Ashqar scored for Syria amid misunderstanding between
Nepalese goalie and defenders.
