Magpies set for cracking atmosphere

QPR boss Neil Warnock has warned Newcastle United that a loud home support awaits their trip to Loftus Road ahead of tonight's clash between the two sides.

Warnock, who signed several experienced top flight stars such Luke Young and Shaun Wright-Phillips before the closing of the summer transfer window, has singled out former Magpies midfielder Joey Barton as the club's most significant acquisition and tipped the presence of the controversial player to light up the atmosphere.
