Liverpool's Director of Football, Damien Comolli, has announced that the club are looking to set up a development partnership with Uruguayan giants, Nacional. With Uruguay's success in the Copa América further cementing their reputation on the world stage after finishing fourth in the World Cup, the South American country is growing a reputation for producing fine young talent, and the Reds are taking steps to ensure that they have a head start in acquiring some of the country's brightest prospects.
