Chelsea Sign Raul Meireles From Liverpool
Breaking news coming in at the close of the transfer window with Chelsea confirming the signing of Raul Meireles from Liverpool. Chelsea had a late £40 million bid for Luka Modric rejected by Tottenham Hotspur and seemingly turned their attention to Meireles, who has been unhappy at his role as substitute for Liverpool so far this season.
