Do Sunderland want Crouch or Pav?

While it may not have been the case at White Hart Lane for a while, transfer deadline day usually springs a whole host of surprises and while it seemed likely that there would be no more strikers leaving the club this summer, could that be about to change?

After Robbie Keane finally left for LA Galaxy earlier this month, it seemed that Crouch, Defoe and Pavlyuchenko would all remain alongside new arrival Emmanuel Adebayor.
