Here we go again.
31 January was a red letter day in the history of the not-so-historic transfer window. Now, some seven months removed from a day which saw Chelsea secure Fernando Torres and David Luiz for a combined fee in the region of £75 million and Liverpool plop down a cool £35m on Andy Carroll, the footballing world is once again on the cusp of meltdown.
