Brazilian set to complete Emirates move

Arsenal are on the verge of signing Brazil international Andre Santos from Fenerbahce, according to reports in the British and Turkish media.

With only two days of transfer business remaining, it is expected that the player will be unveiled immediately after completing a medical on Tuesday.
