Could Arsenal Afford to Pay a Player £200,000 Per Week?

On August 14, I wrote a blog in the wake of Cesc's departure to Barca. In that blog, I argued that we desperately needed to get a high quality replacement at such an important position on the field. I then proceeded to suggest Sneijder, since he's been in the news a lot lately as a potential transfer for someone.
