Wenger delivers £10m striker

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has followed up his recent announcement about the prospective arrival of three new players at the club by making a quick move for Monaco striker Park Chu-Young.

The 26-year old Park, who is the captain of the South Korea national team, was set to leave his French Ligue 2 outfit to join Lille in the French top flight but the Gunners swooped for his services before that deal could be finalized.
