Union game postponed until September 7
The Philadelphia Union announced on Thursday evening that Sunday's match against New England Revolution has been postponed due to expected extreme weather conditions as Hurricane Irene makes its way up the Atlantic coast.
The announcement on the Union's website says, "The decision to postpone the game was made to ensure the safety of players and fans.
