Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has acknowledged that in order to enjoy a successful season ahead, it is important for the club's personnel and fans to be on the same page throughout the year.

Wenger has endured a difficult relationship with many of the Gunners' faithful this summer as he has failed to make significant additions to the squad despite the inevitable departures of key midfielders Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.
