Wenger looks to France as Arsenal spending spree continues
The Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger promised the fans a "busy summer" and it looked like being anything of the sort until now. But Wenger has now brought in Gervinho, Carl Jenkinson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joel Campbell, and with the myriad departures (no names mentioned!) it certainly HAS been a busy summer.
