Arsenal delay official Fabregas announcement because their feelings are hurt

he transfer of Cesc Fabregas to FC Barcelona is all done pending an official email from Arsenal confirming the transaction. The problem is that with all the excitement by Barcelona fans and team personnel Arsenal got angry and is delaying their response.
