Deltras To Select Foreign Coach?

Sidoarjo Deltras are reportedly close to securing the services of a foreign coach for next season even though it is not yet clear what level of competition they will be in.
They aren't revealing the identity of the new guy, only hinting that he is German and has his own football academy in Singapore.
