Chelsea Finally Romelu Lukaku
Chelsea have finally agreed a deal with Anderlecht to sign 18-year-old Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku
Lukaku needs to agree personal terms with Chelsea, but that should be a formality as this deal has been in the works for weeks.
"An agreement has been reached with Anderlecht for the transfer to Chelsea of striker Romelu Lukaku," a statement on Chelsea's official website said.
