Sporting KC climbs over .500 with win
Sporting KC (7-6-9) climbed over .500 for the first time since March with a 2-0 win over Real Salt Lake (9-5-6) at Sporting Livestrong Park Wednesday night.
Roger Espinoza scored his first goal of the year and Teal Bunbury scored his second goal this week. The Sporting defense also came up big, recording the team's first shutout since June 22 against Philadelphia despite playing a man down for much of the second half after Espinoza was ejected.
