Arsenal linked with French international midfielder as Mata deal peters out

After the tortuous rollercoaster of the On-Off transfer of Juan Mata to Arsenal, it seems that Valencia now seem certain that the Spanish midfielder will be staying in Spain for the forseeable future. The Valencia boss Unai Emery made it clear that he believes Mata has decided to refuse a move to the Emirates.
